After the deadly terrorist attack in Paris, France needs to re-institute the death penalty for acts of terrorism that result in death. They need to pull the guillotine out of moth balls and grease it up. I also recommend a change to the execution procedure. Instead of the condemned person being placed in the guillotine facing the floor, they should be oriented face up so they can see the blade falling. I’m sure there is some type of muscle relaxer that would insure their eyes stay open.
There’s never been any conclusive evidence that the death penalty has been a deterrent to preventing others from committing crimes. But one thing is for sure, 100% of the terrorist executed never terrorize again.
