Illegal aliens cannot legally buy a gun in the US.
Twelve States are issuing drivers licenses to illegal aliens
To buy a gun, you need an ID from the State in which you are buying the gun.
An illegal alien can lie on the ATF form and indicate he is NOT an illegal alien.
The State issued driver’s license would imply they are a US citizen.
Unless they committed a crime in the US, the background check will come back clean.
And the illegal alien will walk out of the gun shop with a gun.
Is anyone worried about this loophole?
